Southwest Quesadilla Burger

Tonight for dinner I felt like a good burger, but not the normal offered plain cheeseburger.  Tonight I felt like spicing life up with a delicious Southwest Quesadilla Burger!

The key ingredients for tonight's special burger are some regular ingredients found in the Southwest.  These ingredients are that of salsa, corn, and a spiced cheese (I just used the cheese on the burger and in the quesadilla but added some crushed red pepper). 


First, I spread the sour cream and salsa onto the opened quesadilla and sprinkled some corn on the mixture so that it would stick.  Next, I removed the burger from its bun and cut it up into bite-sized pieces and placed the pieces onto the quesadilla.  Lastly, I placed the lettuce onto the newly formed burger and folded it over on itself.  For a side dish, I finished the leftover corn that I did not place on the burger.
